Support Staff,

What's up with the Guest Order section? For the past few days, I get a message saying "Try Again." I depend on this feature to respond to clients.

Also, I downloaded the 'New Upload' software, hoping to bypass the problems of past uploads... but NOooooooooooooooooo... photos are uploaded out of order, and vertical images are flipped horizontal! Please make this right soon.

I have had the same problems and also use this to work with customers.
