Hello (Brad or other admin staff). I had started dotphoto on the "free" level. But when I saw a note in the promo page that explained that if I added *any* paid subscription, dotphoto would give me the option to remove ads, I couldn't pass it up. I subscribed to the first level of service (free+video) . . . but alas, I can't find any way to turn off the ads. Can you help?

Where are you seeing ads? We have turned them off site-wide

Oops.. I guess I misunderstood. I thought it meant that it would turn off the ads for Dotphoto itself. I've never been a part of DotPhoto when you had ads for others. So never mind then. Sorry I misunderstood. Of course it's only normal that DotPhoto would include ads for its own services. I was only going to by the verbage in the promo.

So-- speaking only as a new customer, as ashes on the ground, those are two locations now where I guess you *could*, if you had time, make a note. a) That Vista users can't "record voice" yet... and b) no need to use the "subscribe and you'll get rid of ads" promotion any more.

Just feedback from a very satsified and learning customer.
