I submitted an order yesterday for a calendar (order #5133122). I selected 12 photos (one for each month) which appeared during the order process and I also selected the "no cropping" option. After I placed my order, I went to my order history to verify my order. The order history indicated that the calendar had only one picture. In addition, I have no way of knowing if the "no cropping" option was utilized. Hopefully, your calendar order process will become more user friendly in the near future. I sent an email to your support department a few minutes after placing the order yesterday, but I haven't heard a response as of yet. I am hoping this order can be fixed, otherwise I'd prefer to cancel it and not be charged. I used to call dotphoto to have these issues resolved, but dotphoto no longer offers a customer service phone number. There needs to be a way for customers to contact dotphoto for immediate answers if emails can't be answered within an hour. One suggestion would be for online support with a live customer support person. Please help me resolve my situation. Thanks.
