Hi,
I created a dotphoto account last December and purchased a 600-print bulk package. Their expiration date should be 12/11/2007. I believe I used about 250 credits with my first order. I just logged into the account recently and see that it is showing up as a "guest account" with no print credits! Where did they all go?
Your credits are there, but you have to login as a member to use them. We don't allow guests to use the member's credits. If you lost your member password, just use the lost password feature on the forgot password feature on the home page.
