of HELP!!!!!

I have or so the DotPhoto site tells me I don't have an account. Back in Sept. I ordered Some photo mailers. They never came, so I ordered them again. 2 weeks later I have two envelopes full of mailers!! So I attempted to send one back, it returned to me. So I had ordered 5 mailers for 5 rolls of film I had. I sent them in and still have not received an e-mail stating they have been uploaded nor are they posted on my account. (Which is wierd that I can log into it and then I go into my order history, it says I don't have an account) Then on my bank statement it shows that you didn't even bill me then for the two until November. I sent numerous reports on your Contact Us and Customer support on-line, NO ANSWER!!! Evil or Very Mad
I finally found some number for DotPhoto and still no returned phone call! I would really appreciate some response. Thank you. I have no other way apparently to talk to someone about my issue. The order numbers from my mailers are 5396 and 6031.

Thank you. And one last question, how will I be contacted, and is there a better way for me to talk with someone to resolve this issue??

From looking at your account I can see that you have film rolls uploaded on 1/18, but you have not visited since they were uploaded.
