I am trying to order a 16"X20" Canvas print. The photo has a resolution of 2816X2112. The order page posts an error message that this might produce unsatisfactory results. However on the list of products, sizes, production times and shipping times, etc, it lists an "image dimension" for a 16"X20" Canvas print at 1280X1024.
I'm confused. Are we compairing apples to apples or apples to oranges?
