without changing anything that i normally do, i suddenly can't upload any photos. i have a mac and use firefox browser. it's always been easy to upload, but now the upload window gets stuck on "preparing data". i need to upload several client albums (it's a really busy photo time). i thought the issue might be that i didn't have enough storage, but i bought more and i still can't upload. i've sent a customer support email as well. please help.
