This is not the place to get resolutions to individual order problems. Please send those inquiries to support@dotphoto.com or open a ticket from the support page at http://www.dotphoto.com/support.asp. Just use the "Ask dotPhoto Help a Question" feature and then click on the "Contact Customer Service" tab to create a ticket.
